Here are two songs from different projects from last year. Encounters is an ambient mix from Mod_. I’ve planned to make an ambient version album of that. Enslavement represents my goal to record some technical prog metal. I’ve got some ambitious compositions which still require a lot of training to play them properly. So it might take a long time to get ’em recorded. There’s also some sort of “randomcore” project. I’ve recorded many songs for that in 2015 and before. It just takes still time to polish and finish the rest… (Oh, I wish Soundcloud would still have the smaller handy embedding for WordPress than it has nowadays…)
Tämä on rekonstruoitu versio kappaleesta, jota aloitin säveltämään MIDIksi jossain 2008 paikkeilla. Pianolla alun perin sävelletyt keskikohdan osat tuli sävellettyä parina seuraavana vuonna. Sen jälkeen en ole pahemmin koko kappaleeseen koskenut, mutta päätin nyt ohjelmoida MIDIn melkein valmiiksi ja äänittää sen jonkinlaisten saundien kera. (Soitin koskettimilla myös improvisoiudun “kitarasoolon”…) Kappale on edelleen työn alla. Se oli tarkoitettu alun perin Needless Trilogy projektiin entisen bändin radioTrodonin kanssa ja varmaan muuttunee vielä joskus jatkossa…
This is reconstructed version of song I started to compose in MIDI around 2008. Middle parts of the song were composed with piano next couple of years. After that I’ve never touched this song but now I decided to program the MIDI almost finished and record it with decent sounds. (I also played the improvised “guitar solo”…) The song is still in progress. It was meant to be in Needless Trilogy project with my former band radioTrodon and it will likely change some day…

Nyt se on ulkona! Ensimmäinen virallinen julkaisu AeroMoonsilta (entinen ExAMone). Se on Parus Aero ja Moons of Jupiter sooloprojektien yhdistelmä. Muitakin kipaleita on jossain, mutta progressiivinen kasibittirock-albumi on varmaan ihan hyvä alku kaiken kaikkiaan. Lisätietoa ja itse albumi löytynee vanhasta kunnon bandcampista.

Now it’s out! The first official release of AeroMoons (formerly ExAMone). It’s a combination of solo projects by Parus Aero and Moons of Jupiter. There’s other songs around as well but a progressive chiptune rock album is a good way to start it once and for all. Additional information and the album itself can be found on good olde bandcamp.
Mod_ on eklektinen kokoelma instrumentaalisia kappaleita. Jotkin niistä ovat improvisoituja äänityksissä. Nachtwing part 2 oli sävelletty joskus 2011, joten koko albumi käytännössä alkaa puitteiltaan siitä. Paljon olisi silti vielä tehtävää. Kuitenkin on iso homma tehdä kaikki itse, joten prosessi on hidasta. Päätin siis julkaista albumin joka tapauksessa. Jos jokin on pahasti pielessä tai jälleenrakennuksen tarpeessa, kappaleen tai muun päivittäminen onnistuu helposti. Lisätietoja albumista on bandcampissa.
Mod_ is an eclectic collection of instrumental songs. Some of the songs are improvised in the recording process. Nachtwing part 2 was composed somewhere in 2011 so everything else practically starts from there what comes to this album. There may be still much to do. However it’s a big deal to make everything by myself so the process is slow. I decided to publish the album now anyway. If something is terribly wrong or in a need of reconstruction, it’s easy to update the song or something. For more information, visit the bandcamp page.
Nachtwingin toinen osa on valmis. Tämä sävellys oli pääasiassa tehty 2011. Silloin sillä oli livesuunnitelmiakin, mutta ne suunnitelmat kariutuivat. Äänitys saatiin purkkiin kuitenkin tässä syksyllä. Tein editoinnit, mutten masterointia, koska mahdollisia albumisuunnitelmia ei ole varmistunut toistaiseksi. (Voi myös olla, ettei mitään albumia tule, joten vaikea sanoa.) Joka tapauksessa tässä kappaleessa soitin koskettimet, basson, lauloin ja ohjelmoin rummut. Pyrde soitti kitarat.
Nachtwing’s second part is ready. This composition was primarily made in 2011. It had live plans then but those plans failed. Recording got done however this autumn. I did editing but mastering is not done yet until some possible album plans will be confirmed. (There may not even be any album so can’t say for sure.) Anyway in this song I played keyboards, bass guitar, vocals, programmed drums and Pyrde played guitars.

Eräs ExAMone projektin merkittävimmistä kappaleista on 2011 valmistunut Deserted. Tyyliltään kappale käy läpi monenlaisia sfäärejä ambientista progressiiviseen metalliin. Myös biisin kuvitus on ollut tärkeä etappi digitaalisen maalaamiseni polulla.
A song Deserted what was finished in 2011, is one of the most notable songs of ExAMone project. The song goes through different spheres from ambient to progressive metal. Artwork of the song is also important milestone in my path of digital painting.
